CT Results

WoooooHoooooey! My CT scan results came back NORMAL! So grateful, so thankful, so very glad.

So what's causing these headaches? Back to the doctor for some more investigation. Meanwhile I am gonna try going off of dairy and see if that helps. A friend just told me her husband did this because of headaches and he hasn't had one since. Lactose. Blech.

Bye bye beloved ice cream.

Thank you all for your thoughts and concern this last week! It was so helpful during the waiting ;)

I am so happy that it came back normal. Very relieving.

No ice cream?? Oh, that's just a sad day in the world. I'm semi-lactose intolerant, so it does affect me, but not with headaches. I hope, for the sake of ice cream, that it's not the culprit. But if it is, then at least you know.

I never found out what caused my migraines and what helped them go away when they finally did 3 or 4 years ago (I can't remember how long ago it was, either). I'm kind of thinking that working out combined with the changing of my job industry helped.

Yeah, glad things came back negative. I've heard the same thing about diary too. I would be screwed if that was something I had to give up. Soy ice cream isn't too bad though. Soy products are much better than they used to be.

Anyways, I'm thrilled the scan didn't reveal anything. Have a nice weekend.

Yes!!! Great news! So glad you had the scan done so at least you don't have to worry about that part anymore.

Headaches are tricky because there can be lots of triggers for them. Are you able to sleep well? Lots of stress in your life? Maybe you could try yoga? Just a suggestion...

Such great news!! Just so you know

( yes, I blogged about this in Something to Talk About recently )

Whatever is in dairy is more in the products - It takes 10 lbs of milk to make a pound of cheese. 12 lbs of milk to make ice cream . Every bite in butter 21 times whatever is in the milk.

There you have it... when I write about what is in the milk I am referring to BGH, Antibiotics, pus, etc.

chikken - been thinking of you during this move. i'm sure it's exhausting.

Rice Dream, huh? I found this yummy soy chai protein drink. Yummy! I'll give the Rice Dream a try too :)

Katie - I read your post about the milk! Frightening indeed!!! Thanks for sharing it again!

I moved from the fast-paced hospitality industry to boring insurance processing industry. But the pay, time off, insurance, and other benefits make it worth it. And, oh so stress free. Except for now since my promotion. I'm unsure of what to do now and it's causing more stress, which cause more headaches. Eek!
