Thank You
Thank you all for your kind words and wishes in response to my last post. I did have a very nice holiday despite some challenging things my family is currently working through. But challenges come for a purpose and often times bring with them treasures unexpected. I will be patient and wait to see what it is...in time. Meanwhile the daily routine continues, in a somewhat different context than I'm familiar with as I will be home with my youngest son for a time. Quite a new change for the new year.
I wish you all a Happy New Year with much peace and joy!

I found being a stay at home; working mum a new view to learn from. :) Part joy; part life.
I miss living closer to my daughters.
Great to hear that you had a nice holiday!
I meant part pain, part joy, all life... lol..
Sitting on this ball typing is giving me another view as well!
Nice to see you back!
Hope everything works out for you. My mother had to work so when I started my family I chose to be at home. We rubbed a few pennies together but looking back, I have no regrets. Home is where the heart is...Today women don't need to make that either or choice as so many companies allow work from home status.Wishing you the best for 2007!
funny katie :) i got it! i'm sure it's hard to be away from your children. sitting on a ball, eh? One of those exercise balls?
thanks murray!
thanks pauline. my situation is complicated by the fact that i'm a single mom. i'm grateful to work for a company that is supportive of family and the needs that arise from time to time. God always provides sufficiently. i'm glad you had the priveledge to be home with your children. i believe that's a good place for a mom to be.
lol.. yes... it actually is a workout to sit on it at the computer. Today I'm in a chair though! :)
